Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in their original condition and packaging.
Products that have been installed, activated, discharged, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Please contact AerooShield U.S.A. before returning any product.
Do not ship an activated or damaged unit without prior instructions, as special shipping requirements may apply.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
